Today I was going to write about our recent trip to New Orleans, but I
think I need to say something about the Comments Section (yeah, I know
what you're thinking: Here it comes--we're in trouble now).
Although
this conversation about the Peace Corps turned out to be a good
discussion (we eventually took it to email and The Barney and I ended up
almost agreeing with each other, believe it or not), there were a few
comments in there that were, well, inappropriate and a little offensive.
I don't like having to edit out anyone's comments because I want people
to be free to say what they want. However, that being said, sometimes
things cross the line a little bit and I just want everyone to be aware
that this blog--including the Comments Section--is a reflection on me.
More people than you might think read this blog, so just keep that in
mind--even if you don't care what anyone else thinks of your comments.
Of course, please feel free to slam my opinions all you want (I probably
ask for it half the time), but don't cross the line, okay? And if you
don't know where the line is drawn,
email me and I'll let you
know.
I know, I've mentioned all this before, but I
talked about it in the Comments Section rather than on the front page so
I just wanted to put it out there. Thanks, folks.
And, for the record, I like boobies too.
Boobies certainly aren't the problem. |
